LaGrange College seeks to fill an adjunct teaching position in Fall 2025 in its business administration program in the Department of Business and Data Science. The course description and number of credit hours are listed below.
FNCE 3353 Corporate Finance - Part I of this course looks at the management of existing resources, including the use of financial statements and ratio analysis in assessing the firm’s financial health, its strengths and weaknesses, recent performance and future prospects. Emphasis is placed on the ties between a company’s operating activities and its financial performance. Part II examines financial forecasting with emphasis on managing growth. Part III considers the financing of the firm’s operations with a close look at financial leverage. And Part IV addresses the use of discounted cash flow techniques to evaluate investing opportunities. (3 credits)
Preference will be given to those who can teach in person, although applications from remote instructors will be considered. A minimum of a master’s degree in finance or MBA is required. Professional experience is helpful but not required.
