LaGrange College seeks to fill an adjunct position in the Bachelor of Business Administration program beginning January 12, 2025, to teach a 3-credit, introductory-level course in Social Entrepreneurship. The course explores ways to couple business acumen with vision and creativity to solve problems through the development of sustainable mission-based enterprises. Case study analysis, examination of exemplar agencies, exploration of corporate intrapreneurship initiatives, and conversations with established innovators and entrepreneurs are integral to the course.

A minimum of a master’s degree in business administration or related field is required. A significant professional background, as well as the ability to teach this course in person, are preferred.
